In-office diagnostics include Meibography, Confocal Microscopy, Schirmer’s Test, Fluorescein Clearance Test, and Demodex and bacteria culture amongst others which can be used on a case-to-case basis.
In-office treatments include Meibomian Gland Probing with Adjunctive Steroid Lavage, Meibomian Gland Expression, and Amniotic Membrane Transplant.
Home treatments are recommended on a case-to-case basis and can include warm compress, eyelid hygiene, lubricating eye drops, omega fatty acid supplements
